Ticket Terms & Conditions

Price includes tax, unless otherwise specified.

All gratuities, incidental expenses, registrations, fees, charges, and any additional costs are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Guests must arrive by the time specified on their ticket for guaranteed entry.

Entry into designated Bar & Lounge areas is strictly limited to guests 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID. IDs will be scanned upon entry. Copies or paper identification will not be accepted. Non-U.S. issued identification must be accompanied by a valid passport.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

Any disregard or violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate invalidation of ticket(s) without refund.

Management reserves all rights, including, without limitation, the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the event at its sole discretion.

This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This offer may not be published or posted on third-party websites without prior written approval.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date.

Refund requests submitted more than seven (7) days prior to the event may be considered at the venue's discretion and must include proper documentation and a valid reason (e.g., travel disruptions, medical emergencies).

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted via booketing.com/reservation or by email to support@urvenue.com.

Any attempted cancellation or refund request outside of the methods outlined above will be deemed invalid, and the guest will not be eligible for any refund.
